KEY RECIPE IS NATURE
All wines are fully natural - nothing added, nothing removed from the wine. Grapes are picked and processed by hand, using only the best grapes from the best areas. Fermenting happens in clay amphoras, French oak barrels and stainless steel tanks. Today we make reds from Grenache, Mourvèdre and Syrah grapes and white & orange wines from Grenache Blanc and Roussanne varieties.
