KEY RECIPE IS NATURE
All wines are fully natural - nothing added, nothing removed from the wine. Grapes are picked and processed by hand, using only the best grapes from the Saint-Chinian region. Fermenting happens in clay amphoras, French oak barrels and stainless steel tanks. 2023 we made reds from Grenache, Mourvèdre and Syrah grapes and white & orange wines from Grenache Blanc and Roussanne varieties. 2024 we added to variety Cincault and Carignan grapes to bring more options for you.
