A slightly oxidized orange wine made from organic grapes grown in the Saint-Chinian wine region. A blend of 90% Grenache Blanc and 10% Roussanne. Fermented in terracotta amphorae in the cool stone cellar of La Robina, in Saint-Pons-de-Thomières, at an altitude of 300 meters. Maceration lasts two weeks, followed by 10 months of fermentation in amphorae and 4 months in oak barrels. Residual sugar: 3%. Alcohol content: 13% vol.
