Syrah 80%, Grenache 20%. Made from organic grapes from the Saint-Chinian region. Three-day maceration and eight-month fermentation in oak barrels in the cold stone vats of La Robina, at an altitude of 300 meters. This wine, from a schist terroir and driven by a full-bodied Syrah, evokes the warmth of summer 2024. 13% ABV. Residual sugar: 6%.
