This renowned GSM blend is composed of 40% Grenache, 40% Mourvèdre, and 20% Syrah. All the grapes come from organic vineyards in Saint-Chinian. Maceration lasted from 18 hours to 3 days, and fermentation took place over 8 months in oak barrels and stainless steel tanks. The warm summer of 2023 and the schist soils promise a gentle return to fond memories. 12% ABV. Residual sugar: 5%.
