All the wines are fermented in six-year-old oak barrels. A maceration of 2 to 3 days gives the blend a light and airy structure, while preserving its richness and roundness on the palate.


 Carignan and Mourvèdre bring delicate and elegant notes of red fruits, while Syrah envelops the whole with a soft and warm roundness.
