100% Mourvèdre, with a 3-day skin maceration, resulting in a very light wine thanks to the grape's finesse, yet flavorful and subtly complex. Aged for two years, it spent one year in French oak barrels, followed by one year in bottle in a refrigerated cellar. A pure expression of the Saint-Chinian terroir.
