A full-bodied Syrah-dominated natural wine. Plum and cherry, nuts and red fruit embraced by tannins. This warm blanket in the form of wine tastes great in the twilight of summer evenings, on a hike or as a reward for a sailing leg when the ropes are tied.
 
Syrah 80%, Grenache 20%. Made from organic grapes from the Saint-Chinia region. Macerated for 4 days and fermented for 8 months in oak barrels in La Robina's cool stone cellar at 300m altitude. The Chists terrain with its full-bodied Syrah brings the flavors of the summer of 2024 to your mouth.
 
A full-bodied Syrah-dominated starter wine is perfect with grilled lamb fillet, steaks, mature cheeses and smoked meats. Its plum, cherry, nuts and red fruits also complement mushroom dishes and rich vegetable stews.
 
Serving and storage temperature: 16–18 °C.
