Our First White

It's been rainy days in Saint Pons these past weeks, so we've spent time in the cave (the winery). One of our nicest jobs was to bottle our very first white wine. This Grenache Blanc - Muscat blend is not yet ready - we let it to develop in the bottle for another couple of months - but it's already tasting very nice.
This wine is dry, clear and citrusy, but also presents some complexity. The alcohol % is 13 with mineral texture. We don't have a name for it, suggestions are welcome! Also the label is missing, but we're thinking of something that looks and feels like classical summer and fun.

We've also been busy just preparing all of our 2025 wines for distribution, getting ready for 2026 harvest, and preparing our wine tasting room(s). The beginning of the year is always heavy on paperwork, too, so some days just need to be spent behind the computer. When the weather clears, we'll return to the fields to continue pruning.

In case you are reading this in the Languedoc region, make sure to be here on March 28th for the Aftercut party!!
