What we're selling Spring 2026

As you visit the Shop this spring, you will find 5 wines listed. We have two favorites that we've been making since 2023, these are our orange wine Douce Brise, and the fruity syrah&grenache noir Nouvelle Vague. Both of these are 2024 vintages, and currently sold in the EU and Norway.



We are launching three completely new wines.



First, there is the 2025 SUPERLUNA. How can we sell a 2025 vintage already? Answer: Carbonic maceration. Carbonic maceration is a wine making technique that originated in Beaujolais to produce the famous Beaujolais Nouveau, it means we add carbon dioxide (CO2) to the maceration vessel without pressing the grapes. The CO2 enables for sugars to be converting to alcohol inside the grapes, before they burst, starting the fermentation process immediately. Superluna is 100% Grenache, desribed as "Despite its youth, it is supple and offers aromas of banana, with subtle notes of red fruit. A true delight."



The second new wine is Magic Woods. This 2024 red is a blend of three grapes; Carignan and Mourvèdre bring delicate and elegant notes of red fruits, while Syrah envelops the whole with a soft and warm roundness. Magic Woods is fermented in six-year-old oak barrels. A maceration of 2 to 3 days gives the blend a light and airy structure, while preserving its richness and roundness on the palate.



Our third new wine is a light red, Stars Hollow. This light and balanced wine, made from an equal blend of Carignan and Cinsault, quickly won over many enthusiasts. Its aromas of red fruit, both sweet and harmonious, fill the palate and delight the senses. With less than 1% residual sugar and a moderate alcohol content of 12%, it's a truly easy-drinking wine!
