It's been rainy days in Saint Pons these past weeks, so we've spent time in the cave (the winery). One of our nicest jobs was to bottle our very first white wine. This Grenache Blanc - Muscat blend is not yet ready - we let it to develop in the bottle for another couple of months - but it's already tasting very nice. This wine is dry, clear and citrusy, but also presents some complexity. The alcohol % is 13 with mineral texture. We don't have a name for it, suggestions are w
