Our orange natural wine exudes summer scents and subtle oxidation deepens its flavors. Summer herbs, white plum, the crisp dry taste of Grenache blanc contrasts with the rich softness of Roussanne, bringing a bit of chewing gum to the taste.
The wine is made from organic grapes from the Saint-Chinian Wines region. 90% Grenache blanc and 10% Roussanne. Fermented in clay amphora in the stone cellar of La Robina in Saint-Pons de Thomières at an altitude of 300 m. Macerated for 2 weeks and fermented for 10 months in a half amphora, after which it was spent 5 months in oak barrels.
Orange wine goes well with spicy Asian dishes, roasted root vegetables, mature cheeses and smoked fish. Its summer herbs, white plum and chewing gum notes also complement grilled vegetables and rich vegetarian dishes.
Serving and storage temperature: 12–14 °C.
