Dragonfly – our new, light and very dry white wine is our first step into the world of white wines. The dominant Grenache blanc gives crispness and freshness with the white berries of rhubarb. The subtle notes of Muscat, transport you to the atmosphere of sunny summer days in the South of France and bring complexity and depth to the wine. The citrus, herbs and nutty taste of Muscat will take you to discuss the journey of wine through many twists and turns into the extroverted Dragonfly.
The initial wine has matured in terracotta amphorae for 8 months of mixed fermentation in La Robina’s cool stone cellar at an altitude of 300m. The grapes were directly pressed in a traditional vertical press.
Dragonfly is suitable for seafood, light salads, goat cheese and dishes with lemon and herbs. Its notes of rhubarb, white berries, citrus and nutmeg also complement grilled vegetables and light chicken dishes.
