This light and balanced wine, a blend of organic Carignan and Cinsault grapes, brings sweet and harmonious red fruit aromas in the right proportion.This true glouglou wine gives off light red berries and nuts as aromas, tastes like a fresh and crisp summer red wine thanks to its light and low alcohol content, giving a little cranberry and cherry to the palette.
This natural wine was produced with light maceration, 1-3 days, pressed with a traditional vertical press and fermented in oak barrels in the stone cellar of La Robina at an altitude of 300m. 10 months in oak barrels and bottling.
This light natural wine is suitable for cold cuts, light salads, grilled fish and summer picnic dishes. Its red berries, nuts, cranberries and cherries also complement cheese plates and light vegetarian dishes.
Serving and storage temperature: 10–12 °C.
Alc. 12%, sugars 0.9 g/l.
The label was designed by Victoire Darasse, a Parisian graphic designer working in Barcelona.
